Position: Site Architect / Civil Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Architect or Civil Engineer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel or resort construction, with strong involvement in interior works supervision and architectural detailing.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities related to architectural and interior works.

Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and timely progress.

Review and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Resolve technical issues at site and provide practical solutions.

Prepare site reports, maintain records, and support project documentation.

Coordinate closely with the design team and project management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Must have completed at least one hotel or resort project.

Strong experience in interior finishing, joinery, and architectural works supervision.

Excellent knowledge of architectural drawings, interior detailing, and design coordination.

3–6 years of relevant experience (mid-level).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
